Delivery & Collection

We offer a range of delivery and collection options to suit you.

Standard UK Delivery – Free on orders over £40
Standard UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Orders under £40 are charged at £4.95.

Free delivery applies when your order subtotal is over £40 after any product or order discounts have been applied.

Express UK Delivery – £7.95
Express UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Order by 3pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

Please note that delivery may take a little longer in some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some mainland UK areas.

Free Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll have your order ready to collect in store within 2 working days of ordering.

Once your order is ready, we’ll give you a call to let you know. You’ll then have 10 days to collect it.

Click & Collect collection times are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, and Friday, 8.30am to 1pm.

EU Delivery – Free on orders over £75
EU orders are sent by Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Orders under £75 are charged at £12.50.

Free EU delivery applies when your order subtotal is £75.00 or more after any product or order discounts have been applied.

International Delivery – Free on orders over £75
International orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Orders under £75 are charged at £19.50.

Free international delivery applies when your order subtotal is over £75 after any product or order discounts have been applied.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us.

Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that apply in the destination country.
