Our customer satisfaction is important but if you do wish to return or exchange a product, simply send the unworn, unused item back to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item for something of your choice & of equivalent value.
As a small business, we politely request that customers pay the postage fee for a return, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.
In the unlikely event you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact customers services BEFORE returning your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
